Payments and bookings

• To secure your appointment, we require 100% payment at the time of booking.

• This payment guarantees that your time slot and assigned team are reserved exclusively for you.

Cancellations and refunds

• If you cancel 48 hours or more in advance, you will receive a full refund.

• If you cancel within 48 hours, we will issue a credit to reschedule your cleaning for another date.

• Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable due to scheduling and staffing commitments.

Satisfaction guarantee
If anything does not meet your expectations, contact us within 24 hours after your service and we will send a team to fix it at no additional cost.
